Write to support@bookmenow.me and include your BookMeNow account email, the booking link involved, and what you expected to happen. That is the fastest way for us to look into it.
Connect an AI assistant
Step-by-step instructions for connecting ChatGPT or another assistant to your BookMeNow account are on the connection page. You sign in to BookMeNow and approve access, and the assistant only ever sees your own services and bookings.
Calendar sync
Connect or reconnect Google Calendar from Settings in your dashboard. If sync stops, BookMeNow shows a reconnect prompt — reconnecting restores it without affecting your existing bookings.
Access and revoking
Any assistant you connect acts as you and only within your own account. You can remove its access at any time from the assistant's own connector settings, or email support and we will revoke it for you.
Payments
BookMeNow does not process appointment payments. Providers collect payment from their clients directly, using the instructions shown on their own booking page.
